Small MAC Haul :)

Fact: A package from MAC can easily cure a bad, rainy day.
Here's just a small order from MAC I placed about a week ago.
This took a while to get to me, not sure why.
(By a while, I mean 8 days. Usually MAC takes 3-4 days to get to where I live)
These are just some basics, but still kinda fun!
P.S. I bought all of this with my own mulah, and have no affiliation with MAC.

Mineralize Skinfinish Natural:

I think this has to be my absolute favorite foundation out there (I call it a foundation because that is what I use it for). Something about mineralize skinfinish packaging I LOVE, haha. The design has a raised, dome shape, which gives you a ton more product, actually. coverage is great too, especially since this feels so lightweight. The only thing that may compare to this would be Studio Fix powder, which I haven't used in forever, so I don't remember much about it haha.
ALSO note that these run very light!
I am pale at the moment, and I wear the shade "Light Medium", which is NOT the lightest shade for once! LOL
Overall, no matter what condition your skin is in (rosecea, acne, etc) this powder over some concealer will make your skin look AMAZING.

I'm excited about this one :)
It's the beauty powder from Liberty of London, called "Summer Rose"
It is indeed a repromote from the MAC's Rose Romance collection (which happens to be one of my favorite collections)
The packaging is absolutley beautiful! I kind of wish I got more from this collection, particurally the lipsticks. But they were all sold out :/
The color looks kind of like a bright pink, but I assure you it goes on so beautifully natural. I think it will work on any skintone. I am fair, and when I apply this, it makes me look as if I'm actually blushing! Yayyyy :)
There is a slight sheen to this, which helps its blendability (is that a word?)

I really like the 2nd picture for some reason,p particurally the reflection in the mirror :)

"Wedge" Eyeshadow pan. This is the perfect matte, light brown for my skin tone. I highly reccomend everyone have a matte light brown in their palette. It works great for an everyday look as well as a transition color in any neutral-toned look you are wearing. It makes a huge difference.

MAC Liberty of London Collection

So it's not too often where I get super excited about MAC collections
For example, when Hello Kitty came out, the whole world seemed to be going CRAZY
My reaction: Meh...

But I'm actually pretty psyched for this one :)
I think it's mainly the packaging that I love.
It's got the birds and everything :)
It's based off of WIlliam Morris' "Strawberry Thief" print form the 1800's. MAC wanted to put a spin on it, so an artist named Liberty revamped the original print while MAC did all the rest.
This is nice, because a lot of MAC's packaging for their specialty collections looks...dare I say... trashy?

Nail Polish:

"Blue India" polish is a dark grey-blue color. As you can see, the packaging is adorable. This is only the second time MAC has ever put images on their polishes. The box is cute, too! Nail Laquers are $12.00 each.

The other is simply a white cream called "Vestral White" Not to interesting, but may be necessary if you don't already own a white polish.

Beauty Powders:

Amazingggggg Packaging!

"Summer Rose" Beauty Powder. This looks like it would work beautifully for us fairer skin tones, as well as medium tones. It's such a clean, cute pink that would leave a fresh wash of color.

"Shell Pearl" is a peachy-golden-coral with some shimmer. It seems like a beautiful highlighter. It seems like a lighter, highliher-version of NARS Orgasm blush. Maybe I'm wrong, I'm just judging by the picture.

Eyeshadows:

Bough Grey, Dame's Desire, Birds and Berries, Free to Be
Dame's Desire looks like violet pigment in eyeshadow form, and Birds and Berries looks like Deep Blue Green pigment in eyeshadow form.

Lipglass:

"English Accents" and "Frankly Fresh"
I'm surprised there are only two shades in this collection, but I guess that's a good thing, it cuts down on our spending. LOL.
If you are going to get one as a collector's iteam, I would chose English Accents. It's a beautiful pink!

Blush:

"Dirty Plum" is a pretty dramatic-looking dark purple with very stuble shimmer. It looks pretty, but a little to intense for my taste.

"Prim and Proper" Is a natural beige shade with champagne sheen.

Lipstick:

"Blooming Lovely", "Ever Hip", and "Petals and Peacocks". Blooming Lovely looks like a pretty lilac shade (my favorite kinds of colors", Ever Hip comes out as more of a nude, and Petals and Peacocks is an awesome bright pink.

So overall, I think I want English Accents lipglass, Petals and Peacocks lipstick, Blooming lovely lipstick, Summer Rose beauty powder, and Birds and berries eyeshadow. I'll probably get less, thoguh, since I'm broke, LOL.

Oh my.
It seems like ever since I returned from break, things have gotten so crazy :(
My every day to do list has grown IMMENSE.
And I have to keep putting things off in order to keep up with the schedule, yadda yadda yadda...

Basically, things have been pretty tough lately! And this blog is one of the many things to suffer from that :/
So I'm sorry I couldn't get my posts out sooner...but I'm hoping to get around to it.
If I ever have time.
Ugh.

So yeah, I think I'm gonna show some stuff all the way back from the flippin HOLIDAYS (I know, right), then order some stuff I was supposed to order a long time ago.
I just want this all to be over and done with, and to start fresh.

So yeah, everything is busy, stressful, and annoying right now.
Some days I just want to stop, drop everything, and cry, ya know?
Pretty intense stuff, haha.

Well I have a break starting the 19th, for a week :)

Haul: All Cosmetics Wholesale

I found a new website recently, Allcosmeticwholesale.com. They have discounted makeup products (SERIOUS discounts) from various brands, including LOTS of MAC products. Not only are a lot of the products discounted (and 100% authentic), but there are also a lot of discontinued/limited edition products. Some of the more rare items are at a higher price, however. I reccomend all of you to check it out! You will love it! The only problem I had with my order was how long it took to get to me, it was almost a week :/ Also, please be aware that some of the products are unboxed/mislabeled/scratched. This is really no big deal, because the site will warn you which products are like that before you purchase them. ACW's iteams usually have to be replenished every week, so if you see something you like, you should act quickly! They offer international shipping too!

This eyeliner is a really nice purple color, VERY similar to the famous MUFE #92 shadow. It goes on nicely and has great staying power.

Item: Myth Lipstick (satin)
Price: $12.99
Review: It's a hard color to work with because it is so nude. But pairing this with other glosses/lipsticks is really fin, and the turnout is always lovely :) I was so excited to get this! I was pleased to find it had more of a pink tone to it, which complimented my fair skin tone nicely.

Review: I LOVE THESE! They are my favorite glosses MAC has ever come out with, but limited edition :( They have good pigmentation and staying power, cool packaging, good color range, and a brush applicator! ACW actually put out more on their site after I ordered these, so I will be ordering those ones as well!

Reflects Duo Purple Glitter
Beautiful! This glitter is so finely milled. It is a bright blue with a nice purple duochrome. So fun!

Pink pearl pigment
This is freaking gorgeous. It's a bright pink with purple/blue duochrome. It's really fun and perfect for me!

Genuine Orange pigment
This is my first matte pigment and I loveee it! It looks red-orange in the picture, but it's actually a pumpkin color. But since it's a matter pigment, it stains like a bitch and doesn't blend too well :/ Still love it!

Royal Flush pigment
Really nice frosty red-burgandy color, perfect for fall especially.

White pigment
A frosty white color, very basic, great for inner corner highlighting. Wouldn't use it for browbone highlighting though, that should always be matte :/

Reflects Blackened Red Glitter
This is soooo nice. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it'll look hot!

Tendertones in Tender Baby and Pucker
I love these! They are so smooth and creamy, and smell amazingggg. They are perfect for everyday wear!

So i found this new AWESOME website called Blip
It's a music-oriented site that lets you share your favorite music with others, and it really helps you discover new music. I reccomend it to anyone who loves this kind of stuff.

Victorias Secret

Victorias Secret is having their amazing semi-annual sale!!!
My friends and I were shopping in the Tampa outlets, enjoying our break, when we came across this pleasant surprise :)
I'm only going to put up pictures of the lipglosses I bought, and NOT the unmentionables, haha :)
I don't buy Victorias Secret makeup, but I love their Beauty Rush lipglosses because they are so cute and so yummy!
So the lipglosses are usually 7 bucks a pop, but during the sale they were only 1.75! SCORE!
So I picked up 7 of those for about 10 bucks!
They also had the bombshell bra on sale, and i got one in orange. THIS BRA IS FREAKING AMAZING!
They also had a ton of cute panties for like 5 bucks each, so I got about 6. They're all so cute! I got all boyshorts, since those are my favorite :)

So here are the glosses:

From left to right: Sugar High, Strawberry Fizz, Bananas!, Cupquake, Spring Fling, Vanillaminty, Cherry Bomb

Sugar High: A clear gloss with some subtle glitter flecks. Has a sweet taste, but I can't put an exact name to it. A basic makeup must-have with a little extra :)

Strawberry Fizz: I actually bought this mainly because juicystar07 said it was one of her favorites! It's a cute, shimmery light/medium pink. It tastes like sweet strawberries!

Bananas!: This one is probably my favorite! It's a nice peachy-neutral gloss with lots of gold reflects in it. It tases like banana laffy taffy!

Cupquake: This is a really cute bright purple color with lots of purple/pink shimmer. The taste/smell comes unbeliveably close to that of an actual cupcake!

Spring Fling: This is one of my faves, because it's pretty unique. The color in the tube is this pale blue/green shade, but I'm pretty sure it goes on almost clear with blue/green glitter. Tastes like honeydew melon!

Vanillaminty: This pale lavender color goes on very sheer. The vanilla taste isn't too noticeable, it's pretty much all mint. I like it because it can freshen up bad breath :p

Cherry bomb: This color is a nice hot pink with red swirl. It lokks nice and pigmented on the lips with some nice red reflects. Tastes like sweet cherries, like a Shirley Temple :)

Holiday Hauling!

Hey everyone!
SO sorry I've been gone for a few weeks! This time of the year always gets hectic. I was away for work for a week and just got back yesterday.

BUT luckily for you guys, this time of the year also brings a TON of hauling :)

PLEASE do not think i am flaunting or showing off ANYTHING. EVER. This statement goes for this holiday series as well as any other hauls posted on this blog. I am far from spoiled and work very hard to buy myself things to share with all of you. Any things I show you were bought with my own money unless otherwise specified.
But some people unaware to beauty blogs might ask why I would show everyone the things I buy.
Well, I can tell you that I like to do extensive research on any product prior to buying it, and I think this is very important for everyone to do, beauty addicts alike. And things such as beauty blogs and youtube makeup/fashion channels help me very much. Also, it just appeals to me and seems like fun! SO in conclusion, I knew that had to be said :)

China Glaze Up & Away Collection

I must say, this collection is really exciting! I like it because it features matte/satin pastel colors, which are my favorite in a nail polish. I've been on a nail kick lately, so I will probably find myself ordering all of them in order to build my NP collection :)

Welcome to my blog! This blog was created for beauty blogging purposes. I have been following the beauty commuity for a good few years now, and decided that it's about time I join!
